The first construction update for The Poplars, Jerrabomberra is here.

With works progressing quickly across Lots 8 & 10, the team has already made strong headway on precast installation, structural steel, and in-ground services as this exciting new precinct begins to take shape.

Featuring a mix of retail, dining and community offerings, The Poplars will bring a new energy to Jerrabomberra, with plenty more milestones still to come.

The ND team has officially commenced construction at Bisa project Miru in Denman Prospect 🎉

The project marks our fifth residential build in the suburb, with initial site preparations now underway for bulk excavations to begin in early 2026.
