The offset steps finish it off nicely.
Two Japanese Maples
Two Sago Palms,The big one is a 20 year old plus established.
The Hedge is a Japanese Box Buxus.
Plum Gorgeous,Lime Lava and Lomandra Tanika to round it off.

Ooozing luxury.
Nathan and I recently Renovated an original Ensuite and 3 way main bathroom in one of Gungahlin’s first suburbs Palmerston.
Craig and Michelle picked some very classy items from our friends at Beaumont tiles that complimented the size and shape of the rooms.
Brushed Nickel Tapware and Towel Rails.
A beautiful Freestanding bath and a Timberline Wall hung vanity.
The Tiles in the Ensuite are 600mm x 600mm Pompeii Grigio Microtec Porcelain including one feature wall.
The remaining walls are a 600mm x 300mm Satin White ceramic.
The 3 Way Main was the same style except the tiles were all 600mm x 300mm.
The Main has a spacious walk in shower and a gorgeous wall hung timberline vanity and wall hung Timberline TallBoy.
The Powder room has the same wall hung vanity in a bigger size.
Both Wet Areas I have installed Hotwire under tile heating for a nice warm floor in the Cold Canberra Winters.Thanks To Black Mountain Plumbing,DPC Electrical and BT Brothers.

Amazing Ensuite Transformation.
This tired and dated Ensuite received a beautiful transformation thanks to some great choices by the client.
Gorgeous 600mm x 600mm Microtec Floor tiles and 600mm x 300mm Gloss white wall tiles in a vertical brick pattern.
A very colourful and funky Niche feature tile,topped it off.
Matt black Tapware and Showerscreen to really give a great finish..

The next instalment from Yesterdays post.
The same clients wanted to open up their cluttered and dated rabbit hole for a laundry and main bathroom.
The tile and Tapware choices were identical to the ensuite.
Beautiful 600 x 600 porcelain and Hand made subway tiles,along with classy Matt Black Tapware and towel rails.Reece supplied vanity,Freestanding acrylic Bath and a beautiful 1/2 moon mirror..
All complimented by a big walk in shower.
The Laundry was designed by the client and constructed using the Kaboodle system.
This gave them a beautiful flowing Laundry-Main Bathroom that is extremely functional.
Thanks to Black Mountain plumbing,DPC electrical for making this challenging Bathroom possible..

We had the privilege of turning this huge but boring ensuite into an amazing light filled beautiful room.
600mm x 600mm Porcelain floor tiles that were continued up three of the walls and 1/2 way up the main wall with subway tiles finishing the other half.
We installed a Nib wall right through,which acts as shelving and a niche in the shower.
All finished off by a beautiful timber screen that was constructed using re-Claimed Hardwood.
As usual,thanks to Black Mountain plumbing,DPC Electrical and BT Brothers for their great work.
