In 2015, Duncan’s Plumbing Service became Duncan’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning with the addition of our heating and cooling technician Anthony. Our operational headquarters are located at the Page Shopping centre, which a
llows us easy access to all areas of the ACT and surrounding NSW region. We have a skilled team of plumbers, drainers, gas fitters, including the owner, Jason Duncan, apprentices, trades assistants and heating & cooling technicians. The office staff is comprised of our Operations Manager Chris, and administration assistant Ashley who manages the tradesmen’s work load, manage the bookings, provide customer service & invoicing. Our vehicles carry the majority of material required to carry out just about any job, while our workshop has facilities to test products for faults in our test bay and complete complex repairs. Our tradesmen in the field are in constant contact through mobile phone coverage and an internet based SMS service, through which their jobs are scheduled by the office. Our general operating hours with our standard day rate for billing purposes is from 7:30am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday. We also offer an emergency after hours service for those urgent repairs between 4:00pm and 7:30am Monday to Friday, and all-day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We are licensed in NSW and ACT and our maintenance services include all plumbing and drainage, including drain cleaning with an electric eel or specialised high pressure hydro jet, state-of-the-art closed circuit television colour camera for drain diagnosis including location. Other services include gas and electric appliance installation, hot water system supply and installation including storage and continuous flow units and servicing of all brands, tapware & toilet repairs and installations, back flow prevention testing, thermostatic mixing valve servicing, all gas fitting installations. Our heating and cooling technicians are certified to complete all of your heating and cooling needs, including new installations, replacements, servicing and repairs of all types of gas and electric heaters and air conditioners (please note, if under warranty, we will recommend an approved service agent).
