Leading Hand/Excavator Operator — get paid for what you actually produce ($48 to $55/hr starting rate + vehicle)

A lot of operators expect to get paid just for turning up.
At PKM Earthmoving, you get paid for what you get done.

We run civil subdivisions across Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Moreton Bay, and we are building the best infill crew in the region.

That means we want operators who move dirt with purpose, take ownership of their machine and their patch of the site, and take pride in a job done right the first time.

If you are the kind of operator who quietly out-produces the blokes next to you and gets frustrated when a site runs slow, we want to talk.

If you are happy coasting on the hourly rate, this one is not for you.

What you will be doing
• Running excavators and site crews on live subdivision sites (bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads)
• Hitting production targets and taking pride in the numbers
• Looking after your machine and working safely without being told twice
What you need
• Real civil subdivision experience
• Excavator & Positrack Tickets and a current White Card
• A truck or HR licence is a bonus, not essential
What is in it for you
• $48 to $55 per hour starting rate, with the top of that band earned by operators who produce

🚨 We're Hiring - Civil Construction / Multi-Skilled Excavator /Positrack Operator 🚨

Up to $50/hr + company ute for the right person, ($62.50 equivalent casual rate), Full-time, Monday to Friday. Based from Loganholme.

This isn't an entry-level role, and it isn't a seat-filler position.

We're looking for an experienced CW3 excavator operator who can work unsupervised, read civil plans, deliver quality work and knows civil subdivisions.

You'll work on rewarding infill subdivision projects across Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast with a crew that values ownership, quality and getting the job done right.

✔️ Up to $50/hr depending on experience
✔️ Genuine pathway to Leading Hand and Supervisor roles
✔️ Company ute for the right candidate
✔️ Full-time, Monday to Friday
