Old to new 🔧🔥

Called out to replace this burst Rheem gas storage hot water unit, with a Rinnai 28 Heavy Duty continuous flow system installed the following day.

While completing the upgrade, we also:

* Upgraded the water meter and associated pipework
* Upgraded the gas supply into the new unit
* Removed the bulky storage system, freeing up valuable space in the storage cupboard
* Installed a more compact continuous-flow solution for reliable hot water

A good example of turning an unexpected hot water failure into a practical long-term upgrade — fast turnaround with minimal disruption to the client.

Old to new roof transformation 🔨🏠

Another commercial roofing project completed in Sassafras.

This job involved replacing the deteriorated roof section along with upgrading the box gutters and drainage to provide a more reliable long-term solution.

While onsite, we also carried out preventative maintenance across the surrounding roof areas, including:
🔹 Cleaning gutters and removing built-up debris
🔹 Treating and painting areas of surface rust
🔹 Checking surrounding roof sheets and flashings
🔹 General roof maintenance to help extend the life of the existing roof

A big thanks to Brady’s Air for taking care of the A/C disconnect and reconnect, as well as reinstalling the existing unit onto a new roof-mounted bracket as part of the works. 👌

A good example of coordinating multiple trades to get the entire job completed properly from start to finish.

Weekends don’t stop burst pipes.

We were called out to Kalorama on Saturday to repair a burst 25mm copper trunk water service that had failed underground. After locating the damaged section, we excavated, removed the failed pipe, and installed a new copper section to get the property’s water supply back up and running.

No matter the day, we’re here to get the job done quickly and properly.
