Melrose Design Build is a fully licensed building, plumbing and roofing company specialising in restoration, remedial repairs and heritage works. In addition we undertake all residential building work including bathroom and kitchen renovations. Melrose Design Build was formed by two experienced tradesmen, a licensed builder and a plumber. Kevin Allan and Christopher Bell provide strong hands-on commitment to quality work in heritage restoration/roofing, building work, maintenance, and remedial restoration. With more than 35 years combined experience in the building and heritage industry, we have provided quality work on many heritage and residential buildings. We formed Melrose Design Build because of the experience and passion missing from many building companies in Sydney. Our strong industry connections with other specialised individuals and companies has contributed to our reputation for excellence. We are a fully licensed and insured building and roofing company, with over 35 years combined experience in the trade. We pride ourselves on the quality of our heritage restoration of buildings. Our team will work with you closely from the planning stage right through to completion, in a professional and timely manner to ensure the best outcome for you. We provide experienced maintenance work through our specialist contractors and employees. We carry the required Home Warranty Insurance for all contracts over $20,000 and we are registered with the Master Builders Association. We are known for being efficient, punctual and professional, and our workmanship is guaranteed.
