A big week of hard work on a dense bush property clearing paddocks, slashing, cutting in new access roads and preparation of a proposed build site.
Damaging and breaking gear isn't uncommon in this game and this week the blade adaptor on the Slasher snapped off on a rock and a large rock caught the grader blade and tore the bracket off the body snapping the fitting off the hydraulic ram in the process.
Luckily AAA ENGINEERING in Marulan was able to repair both attachments immediately with little notice. Ian had me back on site carving it up in no time with efficient and professional repairs completed on both attachments.
It just goes to show that it's not what you know but who you know that can get you tracking again.
