PEACHES PILATES STUDIO 🍑 | PLUMBING FIT-OUT

Another commercial fit-out completed by the Normac Plumbing team.

We completed the hydraulic works for the new Peaches Pilates studio, from rough-in through to final fit-off.

Works included:

• New cold-water services
• Sanitary and pumped greywater drainage for the hydration station
• Alterations to existing amenities to suit the new layout
• Installation of 3 above-counter basins and wall-mounted tapware
• Installation of new toilet suites
• Hydration station plumbing, filtration and drainage
• Installation of 7 new shower heads across the male and female amenities
• Testing and commissioning of the completed plumbing installation

Normac Plumbing recently completed backflow prevention compliance upgrade works at 163 Cremorne Street, Cremorne.
This project was carried out within a complex live environment servicing a multi-use commercial and residential building.
Live building upgrades require careful planning, communication, and coordination to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum while maintaining compliance and delivering a quality result.
The works required staged planning around existing services, coordination with site stakeholders, and a strong focus on bringing the hydraulic systems in line with compliance requirements.

Project spotlight: Carrum Downs Temple

Normac Plumbing recently completed trade waste, sewer drainage, and water supply works for the Carrum Downs Temple project.

The works included the installation of a 2,000L FOI trade waste system, approximately 60 lineal metres of sewer drainage, 15 lineal metres of trade waste drainage, and 20 lineal metres of water supply pipework.

This project required accurate set-out, careful coordination, and a strong understanding of compliant drainage and trade waste requirements to ensure the system was installed correctly and ready to service the site.

Trade waste projects require more than pipework alone. They require planning, correct system selection, compliant installation, and consideration of how the system will perform long-term.

This project is another example of the commercial plumbing, civil drainage, and hydraulic infrastructure works Normac Plumbing is continuing to focus on.

Normac Plumbing recently completed civil drainage and sewer works for a residential subdivision at a property in Kingsclere Avenue, Keysborough.

The works included a civil stormwater retention system, stormwater upgrades for Unit 1, sewer replacement for the existing dwelling, and new sewer installation for the proposed dwelling.

This project presented challenging ground conditions due to wet weather, damaged existing stormwater drains, and saturated topsoil sitting above a clay base.

The site required careful excavation, drainage planning, and constant problem-solving to keep the works moving safely and efficiently.

Despite the conditions, the team worked through the challenges and delivered the required civil drainage and sewer upgrades for the project.

Normac Plumbing recently completed the hydraulic works for the Monash Temporary Library amenities upgrade.

This commercial amenities project involved the installation and commissioning of plumbing fixtures, compliant sanitaryware, TMVs, care fixtures, and associated hydraulic works.

Commercial amenities upgrades require attention to detail, coordination with other trades, and a clear understanding of compliance requirements, particularly when working with accessible fixtures, TMV commissioning, and project handover documentation.
