Bryce & the Team at Maine Plumbing are open and doing what we can while taking our health and the health of our clients very seriously. We just ask a few favours:
1: If you have travelled recently, to let us know as we will re-schedule your work for after the 14 day isolation period
2: If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms that you also let us know so we can re-schedule you
3: We have our own masks, gloves and hand wash onboard, however we may also ask to use a hand basin to wash our hands before and after work is completed - this is to protect you and your home as we can complete several jobs in a day
4: Don't be alarmed if we ask a couple of questions over the phone prior to us coming out to you re: travel and illness.
Given our trade we can communicate over the phone for majority of things before and after the job and therefore we can certainly implement the social distancing measures.
Our staff will be following the same policies with regular hand washing and sanitation along with disinfection of tools and equipment. Any signs of illness and they will be staying home.
Finally, we'd like to take a moment to wish everyone well in this new and unknown situation and thank everyone for their ongoing support. Be kind and patient, and trust in your professionals, you're helping to make sure we're all still standing when this crisis passes.
