We are seeking a self-motivated Office Administrator / Project Administrator to join our fast-growing project team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Document control, including receiving, filing, printing, and distributing project drawings and specifications
* Ensuring timely coordination of site requirements such as safety, quality, and environmental paperwork in line with company processes
* Collating project completion documentation
* Assisting with purchase orders and accounts payable as required
* General ad hoc office duties

Previous employment in a building or plumbing company would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a permanent part-time position, offering 25–30 hours per week, with flexibility around specific days and hours for the right candidate.
