As we are a service based company with multiple employees, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place to ensure there is no loss of income to our team members. Providing 24 hours notice allows us time to fill your cancelled appointment. We will no longer re book if you cancel your appointment outside of this time frame if

you have not paid your cancellation fee to cover our teams wages. We understand there may be extenuating circumstances where we may waiver this at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

The successful applicant must
-Be trustworthy
-Have good customer service skills
-Have some technical knowledge of smart phones, own a smart phone and be able to learn to use our pest control program on a smart phone.
-Be capable of using an eftpos machine and be able to process transactions
-Be willing to undergo a pest control course by Correspondence (paid by us) to obtain your pest license, and be confident in your learning skills to complete both practical and theory work. (If unlicensed)
-Be able to work in hot conditions during summer
-Have a NSW drivers licence
-Have excellent time management skills
-Must be able to take direction and follow instructions
-Have a recent working with children check and police check

-Training will be provided to successful applicants who are unlicensed
-A company vehicle and equipment will be provided.
-Must provide Working With Children’s Check
And Police Check
-Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
