Congratulations to Erick Smith on successfully completing his quarry traineeship! 👏

Erick joined us straight out of high school and has since developed a strong skillset across all areas of quarry operations. He has now achieved his Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations and plays a key role in keeping our site running smoothly—whether that’s operating the crusher or handling a range of mobile equipment.

Erick is our second team member to complete this traineeship, and it’s fantastic to see the capability and confidence our people build through these opportunities.

Well done, Erick—an achievement to be proud of!

We are proud to celebrate our long-term team member, Brett Beasley, who has been named Community Father of the Year!

Brett and his wife, Belinda, have shown remarkable dedication through the creation of the Jack Beasley Foundation, honouring their son’s legacy. Their advocacy has driven meaningful change, including the introduction of Jack’s Law on the Gold Coast – legislation that has now expanded across multiple Australian states.

Their impact doesn’t stop there. Brett and Belinda will soon be taking this important conversation to the UK to share Jack’s Law internationally.
