Hey everyone-as you may have noticed I have been doing less and less of my own stuff as I pivot back into full time employment to the point that I have hardly been taking on any jobs to avoid letting anyone down due to unavailability. Well recently I have been working away in Glenden and have been offered the opportunity to relocate there full time which I have accepted-this leaves very little time to do jobs for myself and as such I have made the decision to finish up as a sole trader. I want to thank everyone for all the support I received and the great repeat customers I met along the way-it was often the highlight of my day catching up and having a chat with you. I also want to take this chance to take my hat off to all the small business owners out there-it’s not the cruisey lifestyle every one thinks to be your own boss and the stress of riding the roller coaster is no joke-that being said I appreciate every one who gave me a go and wish you all the best for the future-cheers guys!

Righto gang bit of news-I have a full time employment opportunity that’s too good not to have a crack at so I will be scaling the business back to my fortnightly rdo and the occasional Saturday job-I will be unable to answer the phone during the day but I will try my best to get back to any msgs or voicemails and book you in when I have availability-obviously this means I’m probably not gonna be your man for any jobs that require urgent attention and even though I value all my wonderful customers I completely understand if you need to use one of the other great plumbers we have here in town. I’ll still touch base with the odd post here and there but as of next week the business will no longer be my primary focus.
I’d just like to take the opportunity to thank all the wonderful customers I’ve had, especially the ones who recommended me to others or became regulars, also the great local businesses and suppliers here in town-and last but not least my wife and kids who supported me 100%
It’s been great getting to know you all and I hope I have been able to help as many of you as possible-CHEERS GUYS 🔧🍻

The faithful steed is booked in for a service Monday morning should be good to go by lunchtime but just a heads up that I will be off the road while it’s getting some much needed TLC-have a great weekend guys 🔧🛞⚙️🛢️

Boring admin post alert!!
Just putting the word out that I’m doing the school holiday thing with the family so I’ll be out of action from close of business Wednesday and back on the job from the following Tuesday morning-I’ll schedule any booked jobs around these dates but obviously anything urgent will have to wait till I’m back-hope your all enjoying the beautiful spring weather. Ok guys boring housekeeping post alert!
Queensland Country Bank have changed their bsb and even though I have the new number on my invoices some of my customers have saved me on their internet banking with the old bsb and the payments have been rejected.
Going forward can you please make sure to update the bsb to the one that is on the bottom of the invoice-cheers guys I promise I’ll post something more exciting next time.

ITS SHOWTIME!!! Just a short and sweet post to let you all know I’ll be on the tools tomorrow but taking the kids to get their Bertie Beetles and Dagwood dogs on Tuesday so will be unavailable and then working as notrmal from Wednesday through Friday-have a great one guys and enjoy the fireworks 💥 🎡 🔧

How it works-just a cool cross section of your basic garden tap I thought I’d share.
One of the coolest things about the plumbing trade is learning how things work and finding out just how much engineering goes into the simple things we use every day-try to visualise this picture next time your turning the tap on or off!
