I made some HOT chilli jam today ready for Prospect Community Day Markets this Sunday 30th August 2026. It’s soo hot it should come with a warning … I seem to remember Charlie Pride singing about the burning ring of fire 🤔.
Anyway, it’s perfect for those families where only one person likes a super spicy meal or for those times when you couldn’t be bothered getting your own fresh birdseye chilli to chop up for the pot, just use a tiny bit from one of these babies.
