After the recent heavy rain, this pool copped it. Runoff washed a heap of dirt straight in, turning the water into a muddy mess almost overnight.

Fast forward to Tuesday… and we’re back to crystal clear blue 🙌

Rain can quickly throw your pool chemistry out and overload your filtration system — especially when dirt and debris get washed in from surrounding areas.

⛈️ Power Outages Update ⛈️

We’ve already experienced power outages, and with the wild weather continuing, there may be more to come — so we’re getting in before the calls start tomorrow.

👉 Please check your pool chlorinator!
After a power outage, many chlorinators automatically reset to 10% output, which is definitely not enough to keep your pool properly sanitised in this hot weather.

✅ Check your settings and reset the output if needed to avoid cloudy or green water.

❗Don’t leave it thinking it will sort itself out — it won’t.

Holiday Closure Notice

We will be closed from Saturday 28 June to Sunday 6 July as we take some time to support our children competing in the QISSRL and QISSN Carnivals.

🚨 Service Update 🚨

Just a quick heads-up—we’re flat out due to the weather. If you’re booked in for a full service, it will still be done, but if your regular booking is only a check, that’s all that will happen.

If you need a vacuum at your next visit, please get in touch to book it in. We’re doing our best to accommodate everyone, but sometimes our best just isn’t enough.

With the current heat and rain, pool systems are having a tough time keeping up with chlorine production, which can affect water quality. We've noticed many pools need extra chemical treatments before our next visit.

To help you stay on top of things, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Green Pool Prevention Chemical Kit! 🚨🧪

This handy kit will allow you to take action if your pool water starts to turn, as long as the system is functioning properly. 🏊‍♂️✨

Pool Update! 🌊

We know you’ve all been waiting to hear about the progress on the pool we started bringing back to life last week. Well, we hit a bit of a snag, but we’re officially back on track now!

After filling it last Thursday, Greg tested the equipment and discovered a split in the filter 😬. But no worries—we’ve got it sorted! Today, we installed a brand-new sand filter and gave the pool its first proper chemical treatment since filling.

Stay tuned for the next update—things are really starting to come together! 💪

We’d like to thank all of our wonderful customers for your support this year! As Christmas approaches, we want to let you know that we’ll be closed over the Christmas/New Year period to take a well-earned break.

If you’re an existing, regular customer and need anything before we close, please get in touch asap – we will do our best to try and fit you into our already overloaded schedule before the break.
