A valued client recently reached out with an urgent patch-up job in Pakenham, and with a tight 1.5-day deadline before new tenants moved in, it was time to roll our sleeves up on this.
The project required three separate trades to be completed within a short timeframe. Fortunately, we’re able to offer more than just brick and block work, which allowed us to handle everything in-house and keep things moving efficiently.
As part of the job, we completed:
• Brick and block patchwork
• A tight float render finish to achieve a clean, tilt-slab style look
• Fire-rated caulking where required
We used a budget-friendly standard acrylic render supplied by Render Supply Co in Keysborough, delivering a solid finish without blowing the budget.
By managing all aspects of the job ourselves, we were able to take the pressure off the client—eliminating the need to coordinate multiple trades and ensuring everything was completed on time and to a high standard.
