Beaumaris | TV Install

Not a single cable in sight.

In the lounge, we wall-mounted the TV and concealed all cabling for a clean, clutter-free finish.

Time: Approx. 2 hours with 2 electricians
Price: $660 incl. GST

Same house, same standard as the kitchen. Told you there was more where that came from.

What’s the next room you’d upgrade at home?

Beaumaris | Kitchen Renovation

LED strip lighting under the cabinetry that you’ll leave on just for the vibes.

This strip lighting installation took around 4 hours, with a supply and installation cost of $680.

Throw in an induction cooktop and a built-in double oven and you’re all set to make a really good Sunday roast.

We install LED strip lighting across Bayside for kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, cabinetry and plenty more. It’s an easy way to add both practical lighting and a bit of atmosphere to a space.

Watch the clip to see the details up close.

Next up, we head to the lounge room. Stay tuned.

Everyday wardrobe storage that’s honestly a bit of a flex.

Every hanging rail in this walk-in robe has integrated LED strip lighting. Each section is lit up individually rather than relying on one overhead light for the whole room.

No more rummaging in the dark on the hunt for a matching shoe. Or squinting at a shirt wondering if it’s navy or black.

Would you add these lights to your WIR?

Five sparkies take on a brand new home.

Dean, Cody, Billy, Jackson and Declan knocked this one out of the park. Fitting the house with downlights, powerpoints, and sleek LED strip lighting in the kitchen that makes the whole place feel a bit fancy.

Great electrical work is the baseline, but what we’re most proud of is the boys taking the time to talk through design options with the client and help them really turn the house into a home.

Trust our team to leave you stoked with your results.

This is what a good day on the tools looks like around here.

We’re lucky to have a crew who genuinely enjoy the work they do. Doesn’t matter if it’s a quick job or a full day up and down ladders.

It shows up in the little things. How a job’s finished, how a question gets answered, and whether someone’s still cracking jokes by 3pm.

Can’t really put that on an invoice, so take it as a bonus inclusion.

Your bathroom fan could be doing more harm than good.

It might seem like it’s doing its job, humming away and clearing the steam, but is that moisture actually making it outside?

If your exhaust fan isn’t set up or vented properly, humid air can end up in your roof cavity, potentially leading to condensation, moisture damage and mould that you won’t see from below.

Swipe through to see what could be going wrong and what you can do about it.

This is your reminder to get your bathroom exhaust fan checked or upgraded before a small issue becomes a bigger problem.

Powerpoint placement is one of those things people don’t think about until it’s too late.

Before the outlets go in, think about how each room will actually be used. Where will the bed, couch or cabinet sit? Where will your appliances need to plug in? How many chargers do you have?

A powerpoint hidden behind furniture is a small mistake that’ll slowly drive you insane.

Save yourself the awkward extension leads and furniture shuffling later.

Building or renovating? We can help plan and install your powerpoints properly. Need existing outlets moved or some extras added? We can sort that too.

Nothing beats hearing this kind of feedback.

This customer came to us for a home EV charger, and we were pleased to hear that the whole process felt easy from start to finish.

From the initial quote through to testing the charger and demonstrating how everything works, we make sure there’s nothing left for you to wonder about once we’re out the door.

Any sparky can wire a unit to a wall, but not everyone takes the time to make sure you feel confident, and that’s the bit we care about most.

Need an electrician who will take the time to walk you through it? Give us a call on 0422 213 509 or visit outlookelec.com.au.
