WE'RE HIRING — Leading Hand Carpenter
We build a handful of high-end, architect-designed homes each year across Melbourne's inner east and south east. Think basements, off-form concrete, curved facade screens, bespoke joinery. The kind of detail that only works when the person running the crew actually cares about it.
We're after a Leading Hand to own that detail on site — most of your week on the tools leading the carpentry, the rest making sure the site runs.
What matters to us:
• Proven high-end / architectural residential experience — volume-builder and commercial-fitout backgrounds don't translate to what we do, and we'd rather be straight about that
• You can lead a small crew and hold a standard without being a headache
• Confident reading architectural drawings, shop drawings and finishes schedules
• Your own tools, car and licence — sites move around metro Melbourne
Where it leads: we're hiring a Leading Hand now with a clear path to Site Manager. This is work you'd actually put in your own portfolio.
