Construction Starting Soon - 100% DA approval record

Our latest residential project has successfully received LEC approval. This was a particularly challenging site, with several additional conditions and requirements that needed to be carefully addressed throughout the design and approval process. Through close collaboration, detailed planning, and a proactive approach, our team was able to navigate these complexities and secure a successful outcome.
This approval also continues a record we're incredibly proud of — maintaining a 100% approval success rate for more than 25 years.

Our new studio pairs a character-filled heritage shopfront on Cleveland Street with a unique extension at the rear, celebrating the past while building for what’s next.

We dropped by Rigby Jones today to meet the expert team bringing our Alexandria project's spiral stair to life.
The fabricator told us that this was the first stair of this kind they had been involved in, and it was also one of the simplest!

At CplusC, we collaborate closely with fabricators, leaning into their skills and building long-term relationships. We take full responsibility for everything we design because we also build it.
