Renata Dominik took these gorgeous pics of our Terabithia House, a spacious family haven that unfolds down a steep hill, drinking in light and views. There’s more on how our team designed and built this airy sustainable home at our website.

Curved architecture is notoriously complex to build. Exhibit A: the big-ticket features of the Terabithia House design – like the compound curved roof, circular windows and the circular roof openings.

Terabithia House is designed and built for the way we live now, not the way we lived 100 years ago. You feel it in every detail – from the light and breezes that filter through the latticed façade to the invitation to decompress, luxuriate and play in the pool and steam room. The flexible multilevel living spaces bask in the views and embrace the outdoors, flowing effortlessly to al fresco living areas.

‘Easy living’. That’s what our clients wanted in Terabithia House. Well, the project’s finished and they’ve moved in. And they’re loving it. Safe to say we met the brief.

CplusC’s butterfly-roofed Terabithia House lands in Middle Harbour.

🐛 Before… a dated 1930s house with an unbelievable Northbridge panorama.
🦋 After… a butterfly-roofed multilevel family haven full of light, space and views.
