We had a intermittent breakdown yesterday on a rotary filler machine. The machine would run fine but every now and then skip a beat in the form of wrong dosage amount. After a few checks the filler seamed to be closing before completion. This encoder had a crack in its coupler. Allowing it to move as it ran.

Recent installation of a Goglio G21 - Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine for Coffee Galeria in Silverwater. For this machine install, we had to raise the Brambati hopper system 300mm to accommodate the new machine.

We recently completed the installation and commissioning of the new batching system for McYee Noddles. The system was designed and supplied by Techno Silos in Italy, and we successfully adapted the components and wiring to the McYee Noodles site layout in Melbourne.
