On-site in Thornlands today for a big one and it's an early start as always. We’ve stripped the valleys, installed storm seal to prevent water ingress and splashback and identified over 60 broken tiles that need replacing. Next step is cleaning and pointing, then back tomorrow to finish off - including the pool house. Big job, but that’s how we like it.

Here are 3 common roofing issues most homeowners don’t realise:
