💪Foundations Laid 💪

~ The most important part of any extension/renovation is the footings. This sets the project on the right path. With our footings being square, we know that our wall frames & roof structure will follow.

➡ Concrete stumps for the internal structural support.
➡ Cypress In-ground timber stumps for out external structural support. This will assist in the framing for our cladding/barge boards & decking structures.

~ This small extension will compromise of a master suite & study/spare bedroom. Turning this 3 bed, 1 bathroom into a 4 bed, 2 bathroom dwelling.
