WE ARE HIRING – IMMEDIATE START
LOCATION: Clontarf, Qld 4019
We have an opportunity for a polyurethane mould shop factory hand to join our team. Poly Flex Group Pty Ltd is an Australian company and since commencing in 1981 we have continued to expand both in product range and areas of export. Poly Flex manufactures Engine Mounting Systems, Flexible Disc Couplings & Steel Shaft Couplings which are available with DNV Type Approval.
Production hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am -2pm
Requirements
• Permanent Australian resident
• Experience is welcome, however not required. Training is provided in factory
• Great work ethic
• Must have a License and own transportation
• Reliable and punctual
• Manual Handling and Physically fit – Can Safely lift to 25kg
• Forklift license would be an advantage but isn’t essential
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in team and follow instructions
• Ability to follow company safety procedures and WHS requirements
• Ability to work at a steady pace and maintain very high standards of quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Wages will be negotiated based on skills and experience. Initially employed under casual basis (38 hrs per week) with the opportunity to become permanent full time for the right candidate.

Finished off the week strong! It’s been full-on all week — looks like everyone’s getting ready for the Christmas break. Today we had 4 x P #8.5F mounts head off to Sydney, 4 x P #8.4CTF and 4 x P #8.4CTF Bridge mounts head out to Murrarie, and 13 x P9114 couplings head to Singapore — just to name a few. Well what a day!
It was half coupling after half coupling on order today — by the end of it, we’d sent out 9 shaft couplings to customers all over Australia. Didn’t leave much time for anything else, and looks like tomorrow will be another busy one finishing off what we couldn’t get done today!
