We recently attended a garage door where the cable had started to fray, causing the door to stop closing properly and not sit flush.

We were recently called out to a customer's property after their garage door keyswitch stopped working. After inspecting the unit, we discovered an issue with the internal contacts.

A thorough clean-up, service, and adjustment later, and the keyswitch was back up and running like new again!

From Stuck to Smooth

This customer called after finding they couldn't open their garage door. After inspecting the door, we found the culprit: a broken torsion spring, which does the heavy lifting every time your garage door opens and closes.

We measured and weighed the door to ensure the correct replacement spring was selected, then carried out a full routine service while we were there. The door is now operating smoothly again, and another happy customer is back up and running! 😊
