Turf is in, our swimming pool is nearing completion, and the finishing touches are bringing this outdoor space closer to its final transformation.

Project Kingsford is complete. 👏

After months of pre-construction coordination, council requirements, State road approvals and logistics planning, our team brought this challenging project to completion.

The site sits on a busy State road, with no on-site parking, a 2-metre work zone, a bus stop just 3 metres away and a school directly opposite. Restricted access, deliveries and constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic all had to be carefully managed.

Through planning and on-site problem-solving, we kept the work moving and met each deadline. Complex sites call for a team that can adapt and find solutions at every stage. 💪

Project Kingsford finally taking shape. 👏

After months of pre-construction coordination, council requirements, State road approvals and organising the logistics required to commence works, the concrete driveway is officially poured.

This has been a uniquely challenging site located on a busy State road, with no on-site parking, only a 2-metre work zone, a bus stop just 3 metres from the property and a school directly opposite, all while managing restricted access, deliveries and constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

Despite the restrictions, our team has kept everything moving and met every deadline along the way.

Projects like this are a great example of what our team does best. Complex sites don’t stop us. We plan ahead, adapt, find solutions and get the job done. 💪
