Rest in peace, Dolly. 🌳🤍

The day we filmed this was the same day the world lost Dolly Parton — a woman who worked harder than almost anyone in the industry, and never let go of who she was while doing it. It felt right to send this one up the tree with her.

“9 to 5” was written about grinding it out for a living, and that’s exactly what we do — just with harnesses, chainsaws and a bit more altitude. Arboriculture isn’t a side hustle for us, it’s something we enjoy and some what feels distant from your classic 9 to 5 . Consider this our small tribute: proof that “working 9 to 5” can be fun, and for everyone 🫶🏻

Removal of a dead Ironbark in Brunswick 🍃

Due to its location, this tree required full removal to eliminate any risk to the public and surrounding property.
Working around three service wires and low-voltage powerlines made it a tricky job, but we got it down safely and under control.

We were able to salvage the larger timber, which will be milled for reuse 🪵, and the stump has been fully removed to make way for replanting.

We upset a client this weekend unfortunately 😔

Removing some large Yuccas in his front garden to make way for some lovely natives, we hit his storm water pipe with the stump grinder.

He was not happy in the slightest! So we made sure to get it fixed straight away

I can confirm he has now calmed down enjoying an icy pole whilst playing Lego. 😅
