A huge double storey unit block completed this week for Sm Strata property management.
We replaced all gutters and downpipes and also colorbond fascia cover which has given the property a fresh look.

Work is mainly exisiting residential and will include installation of sheet metal roofing, flashings, capping, guttering, skylights and downpipes.

* Qualified Metal Roofers (starts at $70k + Super and allowances)
* Roofing Labourers (starts at $50k + Super and allowances)
* Roof Plumbing Apprentice

* Labourer: Experience (preferably as roofing labourer but not essential), own transport, drivers licence, white card and 'working at heights' certificate (or prepared to obtain quickly)
* Reliable, punctual, motivated and hard working
* Strong work ethic and pride in your workmanship
* Professional and courteous to clients and staff alike
* Works well in a team environment
