What an amazing achievement! 🚴‍♂️ Support Worker Byron and his participant took on the Top End Gran Fondo, the NT’s biggest cycling event, which brings together riders of all abilities to challenge themselves and enjoy the beautiful Top End.

Taking on this challenge together, showing incredible determination, teamwork and community spirit. What a wonderful achievement! 👏💪🚴‍♂️

Originally from Samoa and now calling Australia home for the past 16 years, Browny brings a wealth of experience, a calm and positive attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting others. 💜

Outside of work, Browny is happiest outdoors especially fishing, camping, travelling and spending time with his family. 🎣🏕️

Another restored masterpiece! 🔨✨

The guys worked together on this table for 8 weeks, putting in the time and effort to sand, weld, stain and bring it back to life.

A true team effort and the end result speaks for itself! 👏🪵💜

There’s always something cooking in our Day Program! 👩‍🍳💛

From baking sweet treats to preparing delicious meals, our participants love getting hands on in the kitchen. It’s a great way to build confidence, learn everyday life skills, and of course, enjoy some tasty creations together.

Who says learning can’t be delicious? 🍪🍽️

Dave is our Day Program Team Leader, bringing energy, care, and a smile to every outing. A former musician and chef with a love of pizza and audiobooks, Dave is all about creating meaningful experiences and supporting our participants to live their best lives. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also our Great Better Connections Bake Off Champion! 🧁🏆💛
