Maroochydore | Full Penthouse Renovation
This 15th-floor penthouse came with a problem most renovations don't: you can't just knock a wall down when you're 15 storeys up in a live residential tower.

What the project involved:
→ Full internal strip-out and rebuild, plus a complete rooftop restoration
→ Structural remediation of the rooftop pool
→ New spiral staircase connecting the living space to the rooftop level
→ Full services upgrade throughout

Every stage had to be staged and sequenced around the building's own lift access and other residents , including working through a building-wide lift upgrade that pushed out the program. That's the part that doesn't show up in the photos: the coordination that has to happen before a single trade can get materials to the level.

The result is a two-bedroom residence with one of the few private rooftop pools on the Sunshine Coast.
