Right, let's be honest... nobody told us that building great homes would also mean learning to be on camera.

I've been out on site doing what I do - managing the builds, enforcing the standards, making sure nothing slips through - and somewhere in between all of that, I've also been documenting it all for you lot.

There's something in these clips I actually appreciate, though. You're not seeing a marketing version of our work. You're seeing the real version - the dust, the decisions, the conversations that happen mid-pour... the stuff that actually goes into building a home properly.

That's the whole point.

We don't need perfect lighting to show quality work. The work does that itself.

Thanks for following along. Even if the cameraman instructions are occasionally ignored! (lol)

Seeing Corinella House come together like this is a good reminder of exactly why I do what I do.

For me, it's never just been about slapping up four walls and calling it a day. It's about helping people build a home that actually works for their life. Something that's been properly thought through, built right, and meant to be lived in for years down the track.

The way I've always seen it, the building process shouldn't feel like pulling teeth. Too many people out there are left in the dark, chasing their builder for answers, or copping problems they never should've had to deal with in the first place.

That's not good enough, and it's not how I run things.

I want every client to know they've got someone in their corner - from the first slab pour to the day we hand over the keys.
Someone who actually gives a stuff about the details, the quality, and making sure the finished product is something to be proud of.

That's what Unique Custom Homes is all about. No shortcuts, no runaround - just good, honest work and homes that not only look the part, but feel right to live in.

Framing sets up how the extension will function, flow, and hold up.
Flooring structure matters too, because if the bones are off, everything after it is compromised.

This is the stuff that doesn’t always get the glamour shot.
But it’s exactly where good building shows.

Done properly here = fewer issues later.
