We had planned on taking today off… but when a customer’s commercial walk-in freezer goes down, you don’t leave them hanging — especially on a Friday 👊

On arrival we found a faulty circuit breaker, and further investigation showed the defrost element was also tripping due to a worn-through wire shorting against the pipework.

We replaced the faulty breaker, repaired the damaged wiring, and got the freezer back up and running — saving their stock and avoiding a very stressful weekend.

We recently completed a repair on a Fujitsu high wall split system that was suffering from a slow, constant leak.

The cause? A hairline crack in the drain assembly.

We replaced the drain assembly with a new unit and gave everything a good clean, removing built-up dirt and grime so it’s running as it should — and ready for the next heatwave ☀️❄️

If you’ve noticed water leaks or odd behaviour from your air con, get onto it early before the real heat hits.
