Did this drain for someone in daylesford today, before the weather changes next week again,

With the rain we have had recently the place was flooding next to the new extension being built and going under the house,
So we dug a trench and placed ag drain down to keep water from going under the house and flooding the area again,

Turned out well

Did this job in daylesford,Ended up needing to remove more bricks as the mortar was cracked and would have needed to man...

Did this job in daylesford,
Ended up needing to remove more bricks as the mortar was cracked and would have needed to many cut bricks, Also put angled mortar under the window to match the rest of the windows in the house.

Turned out well in the end

Was a big job replacing almost all of the frame in the house. but we got it done and also had to replace alot of weather...

Was a big job replacing almost all of the frame in the house. but we got it done and also had to replace alot of weatherboards as well,
Then we went and shifted the soil from against the house to stop future rot again.

Alot more projects will be done there in the future.

A job we done in glenlyon today,
Unfortunately forgot to get before photos.

But we grouted the tiles we laid the other day,
Removed two fireplace flue's
and re-shetted the roof with old sheets they had

laying around to cover the holes,

installed a shower shelf,

Put a small patch of mini orb sheeting on the inside roof where the flue was,

And sheeted a wall in the back room where there was once a double door.

A window and frame that I replaced at the Daylesford longhouse.The old one had a chip in the window and the timber frame...

The old one had a chip in the window and the timber frame was rotted away.

In CreswickI replaced the fly screen in the old timber frames, Had to pull them apart as the old fly wire was completely...

In Creswick

I replaced the fly screen in the old timber frames,
Had to pull them apart as the old fly wire was completely nailed in.

Also removed all of the old rotten timber at the bottom of a step and put rock there,
So that it is not a tripping hazard for a lovely older lady,

Had to replace this post and rail in Daylesford, It was rotting away and had sunk roof about 300mm and the balustrade.
