I visited a customer last week that I built a deck for, well over 10 years ago. It makes me so happy to see that 11 year old deck still looking as good as the day I finished it.

I do a fair few shop fit outs sub-contracting for a great Commercial builder. This Master Roll restaurant we just completed was one we previously did a few years ago. Such is the commercial tenancy game.
I quite like the blue tiles that I layed.

Less than half a bucket of waste from this small deck. Whats this mean for the client? Less materials purchased and less waste to dispose of equals a lower overall cost for the customer.

Client brief was she 'wanted to enclose an existing pergola to provide shelter from the rain and wanted to be able to see the sky'. ✅ EZ Glaze polycarbonate sheets required 600mm joist spacing, so all existing joists at 900mm centres had to be over moved and an additional 3 joists installed.

Yes. Carpenters work with steel and aluminium, as well as timber. Or, in this case aluminium that looks like timber.
