Couldn’t be happier with how our Lower Templestowe job turned out 😍

We hit a bit of a roadblock on this one when the stone we wanted was out of stock.

We could’ve picked something else, got the job finished sooner and moved on… but the clients didn’t love the other options and neither did we.

Sometimes getting the job done on time isn’t more important than getting the best result.

Everyone wants jobs finished quickly, but it shouldn’t come at the cost of quality. Too much of the building industry has become about the cheapest price and quickest timeline, then everyone complains afterwards that it could’ve been done better.

Sometimes you’ve just got to be patient and do it properly.

Good things come to those who wait… somehow we’ve all forgotten that along the way 😮‍💨😂

Our clients waited for the stone they actually wanted, and I reckon we’re all pretty bloody happy they did 🙌🏽🥳

A bit of progress on this one 👌

We’ve been underpinning this existing carport to help bring it up to standard and do our part to make sure it’s compliant and built properly. While we’re at it, we’re also installing a custom feature metal gate that’s going to completely change the look of the front of the property.

Sometimes renovations aren’t all about the flashy stuff—it’s about doing the work behind the scenes that sets everything up properly for years to come.

Renovations are never as simple as they look. 🙌🏽

What started as a renovation quickly turned into a structural rectification project after uncovering defects that simply couldn’t be ignored. As frustrating as these surprises can be, doing the right thing will always come before doing the easy thing.

The challenge with renovations is not just keeping the project moving forward—it’s rectifying hidden issues, maintaining quality, and still doing everything possible to stay on schedule.

We’re proud to say we’ve achieved exactly that on this project.

The structural defects have now been rectified, the plaster is on, and for the first time the vision is really starting to come together. 🙌

✔️ Feature beam cladding

It’s been a journey getting to this point, but seeing the transformation take shape makes it all worthwhile.
