A huge thank you to all of the trades and suppliers involved in this massive project. What we achieved in such a short timeframe is truly incredible, and we couldn’t have done it without your hard work and dedication.

We just ran our first blower door test on our latest new build and the results are exciting. 🏠💨

For context: this result was achieved with just the external building wrap in place. No airtightness membrane. No plasterboard. Just wrap.

📊 Result: 1.47 ACH @ 49Pa

To put that in perspective, a standard Australian home typically tests at 10–15 ACH. A Passive House standard is 0.6 ACH or less. We're already well on our way and we're only at stage one.

We'll be running two more tests as the build progresses:
✅ Test 1 — External wrap only (done! 1.47 ACH)
⬜ Test 2 — Once the airtightness layer is installed
⬜ Test 3 — Once plastered and complete

This is how we build differently. Every gap matters. Every seal counts. Because a truly healthy, energy-efficient home doesn't happen by accident, it's tested, measured and proven.
