--Concept Plans & 3D Imagery--
A while back we were engaged by to provide a concept plan & 3D imagery for a project they were quoting for in Cromer.
The client was having a hard time picturing their finished product- a common comment we hear from a lot of clients.
2D plans are important for conceptualising, quoting and approvals- but sometimes that extra detail is required to make sense of the whole package.
Here we have some existing site images with their proposed image counterparts.

--The Gables Project--
Check out this design we completed in the Gables... we're loving the courtyard space!
The courtyard is visible from the majority of the house's living spaces, so we wanted it to feel open, inviting and relaxing. Careful consideration had to be given to the plant species do address light, water/drainage and soil availability (or lack thereof)
Featuring separate areas surrounding the property to relax alone or entertain together, we can't wait to see this project completed!

--Happy New Year!--

We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Christmas & New Years!

Towards the end of last year, we had the opportunity to provide Wisdom Pools and Landscapes with some landscape plans for their new Display Homes at Oran Park, as well as some 3D concept images to aid in visualising the finished product.
Displays are exciting projects to work on, where we reference each site together as well as individually, ensuring that access ways and levels work seamlessly, but showcasing different design elements between each.
Here's a few concepts of the rear yards of these projects, more to come soon!

--West Pennant Hills Project--
We recently completed a design for a lovely family undertaking a renovation of an existing dwelling.
The scope included a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen area and fire pit area, but presented some challenges with an existing stormwater detention area.
With some careful structure and retaining wall positioning we were able to keep the volume & function of the detention area unchanged, while providing separate areas with different uses and atmospheres.

--Epping Project--

With the sun starting to pop it's head out a little more, we're sure excited to get out and enjoy some rays!
And what better way to do it than in a landscaped space like this one, we completed recently for our lovely client in Epping.

Keeping with the scale and architectural features of their beautiful new house build, we've incorporated an infinity edge pool & spa with overhanging cabana featuring rain curtain water feature, secluded fire pit/sitting area, private gardens and terraced front yard for extra play space for the kids.

Check out one of our recent designs for our lovely clients in Austinmer!
This space connects straight onto the living spaces a newly renovated dwelling; the dominating garden spaces, the organic curves of the white-washed brick and silvered timber work and the gorgeous views from the upper deck and sauna are going to make this project feel like a hidden backyard resort!

It's all about family!
The scope for this renovation was to create more useful, linked in places for the kids (and the big kids) to enjoy.
Pergola extended and outdoor kitchen added, pool and fire pit positioned nearby and a dedicated space for play equipment; all of these spaces, combined with level changes providing open views, allow for constant supervision of the yard to create a much more inclusive space for the whole family.

The design for this lovely client in North Kellyville is all about family! Featuring a raised concrete pool & spa, sunken trampoline, kid-friendly play areas with plenty of natural landscaping surrounding the property, we can't wait to see this come to life!
