Rip out and replacement for this 15KW Actron Air System with a leaking Indoor Coil. Old coil was removed from indoor unit, with a new evap coil and acurator fitted. A nitrogen pressure test, followed by an evacuation of system and fresh Charge of R410A to get this unit back up and running 🥶 ❄️

Fan Deck replacement for this old Actron System, originally called out over the Christmas break, this old unit continually tripped the circuit breaker and was unable to run. After testing and finding the low speed fan motor winding had failed, we were able to temporarily rewire the unit to run high speed only and get the unit to survive over the holidays until a new fan deck was ordered and swapped over.

A recent call out to diagnose a faulty Actron Soft Starter. With these soft starters know to fail and cause issues, we were able to modify this compressor wiring with a more reliable D.O.L set up with contactor and new Run capacitor. With a quick diagnosis, we were able to get this unit up and running within a couple hours, minimising downtime during the recent heatwave!

The boys smashed out this install and wrapped up the year with the 10KW Actron Aires Ducted system. We attended to this apartment earlier this year in North Parramatta with a failed split system. After consideration, the customer opted to upgrade to a ducted system. With an upgraded sleek neo controller, this Actron will ensure a cool, comfortable Christmas 🎄 ☃️

Onsite today replacing old C- Flex Couplings assembly’s on this Air Cooled Carrier Chiller. First of few repairs upcoming on this chiller following a defect report to get this chiller back into working order.
