Designed as a private retreat, the Rio Vista master ensuite was created to maximise its stunning waterfront outlook.

Positioned beside the canal-facing windows, the freestanding bath becomes the focal point — the perfect place to unwind while taking in the water and sunset views.

With windows on both sides, a wall-mounted bath spout wasn't an option. Instead, we selected the Caroma Urbane II Freestanding Bath Filler, delivering a practical solution while maintaining the clean, refined design.

The Cypress alfresco was designed to give the homeowners complete flexibility in how they use the space year-round.

To achieve this, we built the area with two fully openable layers of doors — an internal set of externally rated sliding doors, and an external set of bifold doors.

The alfresco itself is designed and certified as a compliant outdoor area, however the way it functions gives the homeowners the flexibility of an additional internal living zone whenever needed. Instead of being limited to one purpose, the space can adapt to different weather conditions, entertaining needs, family gatherings, or simply everyday living — creating a home that feels larger, more usable, and better connected to the lifestyle of the family living in it.
