Today we said farewell to one of our own as he finished up with us after almost 16 years.
Back in 2011, he walked through our doors to begin his electrical apprenticeship. Fast forward and he's heading off as a highly valued tradesman.
Over the years Jacob has been part of countless jobs, challenges and laughs (and just quietly responsible for countless cakes, brownies, chocolate and biccies that mysteriously disappear - sorry Jake but the crumbs always gave you away!)
Jacob has learnt and grown with ALE and become someone our team and clients could rely on. While we are sad to see him go, we are incredibly humbled by the years of loyalty he has given us.
All the best for the next chapter Jake. You will always be part of our story.

Some views are too good not to share.
An early start overlooking the silos reminds us why we love working in the Western Downs. 🌾
It’s a landscape built on hard work, early mornings and the network of industries that keep our communities moving.
Whether we are maintaining existing systems or helping plan the next project, we are proud to play our part in keeping local operations powered. ⚡️

Another project completed!
This job involved coordinating the supply of the generator along with the custom design and construction of a Motor Control Cabinet tailored to our customer’s requirements.
The completed system included automated aeration control and automatic generator start, taking the hassle out of managing aeration while delivering a reliable, efficient solution.
A great result from planning through to commissioning.
Shout out to Jack Welsh, one of our junior tradesman for his attention to detail and neat workmanship, achieving a quality outcome for our customer.

Good Morning!
Long before sun up and a single cable is pulled, the work has already begun. 🌅
Every day starts with planning, scheduling, coordinating crews and the safety checks that keep our team moving.
Here’s to the early mornings, the late afternoons and the people that make it happen before the tools come out. 👏
Great work doesn’t happen by chance - it happens through planning, commitment and absolute trust in our team. 💪🏽

Three months ago he turned up with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Today he’s walking away with a fresh kit of quality tools (some still to come) and one less excuse to borrow everyone else’s🫢
We are committed to investing in our apprentices, giving them every opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
Well done Jaimon.👏
“Quality workmanship is passed down through generations of tradespeople - one lesson, one tool and one apprentice at a time.”
