⚡️⚡️We are back!!⚡️⚡️
Sorry for our short absence from social media but we have returned and you can bet that we’ve been busy.

The boys have been out at the where cutting edge technology and design is being used to produce a fertiliser that’s a first of its kind. After many months of planning, engineering, design, construction and installation we are happy to say that it’s now complete!!

With a new set of mains supply cables and a new 3200 Amp main switch, this plant can pack a very hefty punch, along side multiple new control cabinets all on display in a new switch room.

As always, thanks to ENAP and their great crew of boys for smashing out the mechanical install and being a breeze to work with!!

⚡️A week with Connor⚡️

Let’s join Connor for an exciting week of fault finding, board building and install work.

Started off the week in the shed, working on a control board for developmental feeding system for a feedlot.
From there, went to finish off a tidy job done by Will and George out at Chinchilla, which consisted of a Main Switchboard & distribution board replacement and upgrade.
Then, with the masterful Guma, went to Jandowae to work on developing an automated solar powered cattle drafting system for Morrissey Cattle Co.
Followed this up with a little bit of switchboard design back in the office.
Ended the week at the Cecil Plains cotton gin, doing some fault finding to get production up and running again

All in all, an exciting, busy and productive week.

⚡️ A day with Declan ⚡️

We recently wrapped up a tidy install for RSA Contractors, wiring up their new mobile batch plant — fully powered by a large onsite generator. The job included running cable tray and wiring out to all the key components: pumps, conveyor motor, load cells, power outlets, lights, and solenoids.

Connor was responsible for the board design and wiring, getting everything ready for deployment. Once the board was complete, George and Declan headed out to site to kick off the installation.

Control was handled via a custom switchboard housed in a container, which we also fitted out with power, lighting, and air conditioning.

One of the main challenges on this one was making sure the entire plant could be relocated between sites. We also had to ensure the cabling was tough and well-protected, given the rocky, heavy-duty conditions the plant operates in.

We’re stoked with the end product — a durable setup ready to handle serious work out in the field!
