JD's Electrical Services wa Ec12579 has just taken delivery of a Cat 216B3 Skid Steer Loader 🤩

JD's provides a range of domestic and industrial electrical services to customers in and around Perth. They were 1 of 10 customers who recently ordered a new machine at Perth Tradie Expo - where we promised to donate $5,000 to Telethon7 Perth for every machine and trailer combo sold - resulting in a $50k donation.

The Cat 216B3 has an ergonomic operator station that features easy to use pilot operated joystick controls for reduced operator fatigue and increased productivity.

Thanks Mogumber Outback Club Inc for the opportunity to be apart of this project! ☺️

The crowd was building as the junior competition got underway at the 2023 Mogumber New Year's Eve Rodeo.

You can see 4 of the 8 new stadium lighting towers in this photo. Shout out to the team at JD's Electrical Services for their work installing the new system.

It was a big project that achieved
- A crisp viewing experience
- Removed the noise & fumes of 8 diesel motors running next to spectators
- Will save the ongoing hire cost and transport of portable lighting towers to and from Mogumber.
- Will save our volunteers hours of night time set up, in the critical & scarce hours leading up to the big NYE event.
- Is better for the environment.

The hard work of volunteers and donations from the community achieved this project.
- The donation of the 8 light poles
- Welding the pole extensions and light supports
- Providing machines to dig the cable trenches and holes for the poles.
- Concreting the poles in place
- Laying cables through the trenches
- Providing a telehandler and man cage to reach the lights
- Many night time volunteer hours, to adjust the lights for a prime viewing experience.

We where able to source this slimline and waterproof LED strip lighting that allows for maximum light out put without encroaching on work space to light up this 24m service pit.

After partnering with Commodore Australia in 2019, a leading solar off grid supplier based in Shepparton, Victoria.
We’ve been part of the increased movement of people moving towards a more cost effective and sustainable source of power.

As their recommended West Australian installer we were contacted to install a 20kw off grid solar system with 58 kilowatt hours of battery storage.

This particular system has 20kw of solar in total, 9.1kw of solar is connected via a Fronius inverter to help support A/C load demands while also being able to charge the batteries during periods of reduced load.

10.9kw of solar is connected via a Victron charge controller to provide constant reliable charge to the batteries to provide consistent and reliable 58 kilowatt hours of battery storage

Air conditioners are in full swing here atm with this recent install of a Mitsubishi Heavy Industry whole house ducted unit.

This particular install included the use of Zone Controllers for more efficient cooling with the ability to turn off rooms not being used!

It’s been a busy year for the team, with the end of 1 apprenticeship (shout out to Jed on the accomplishment!) and the beginning of 2 more!

The utes have been cleaned and spruced and are ready for another busy year, January is already looking busy with the schedule nearly fully booked!
