Hi everyone, just a quick update.
Around lunchtime today my phone was accidentally damaged and the screen is now unusable. If you texted me between about 10:30am and 1pm, there’s a chance I haven’t seen your message.

I’m currently using an interim phone and iMessage isn’t working, so only standard SMS texts are coming through.

Liam tackling a tricky repair in Dapto today, with tee's embedded in concrete (what were they thinking!!) we were left with no opportunity to re-divert the pipework without major works, bricks were removed mostly in one piece thanks to Kennards Hire's Arbortech Saw, they can be re-installed easily!

Considerations now made for a longer term fix to avoid the pipework living in the concrete.

COST OF LIVING STATEMENT.

Dear Loyal Customers.

As we come into what appears to be somehow, an even worse cost of living crisis than we were already in. It is time for us to stop absorbing the costs of this.

Due to not only a significant increase in fuel, now our copper and PVC, our bread and butter, has increased significantly in the last week also. (up to 40%)

I do not write this post lightly but please understand our costing for future work will reflect this increased cost on us. We will be changing our quoting structure, travel allowance and pricing as needed to keep us afloat.

We hope you understand.

Team called out to some regular maintenance on a rental property in Dapto, sorry for those with a weak stomach....

Liam and Alex headed out, identified the problem again, cleared the roots out and got the pipework flowing again!

Waiting on the the Landlord to approve the repair at the base of the stack pipe.

William and Alex tackling a re-location of a water meter in Towradgi NSW, attention to detail was perfect and you can barely tell there was a massive trench dug up in their yard. Wow!
