🔨 Shoalhaven Heads Roof Repair & Repointing

A great result from today’s job in Shoalhaven Heads.

The existing ridge capping had extensive cracking and deteriorated pointing, allowing movement and creating potential entry points for water. We removed the failed sections and completed a full repoint to restore the ridge line and improve long-term durability.

We also identified that the original flashing beneath the gable capping wasn’t providing adequate coverage. New flashing was installed beneath the gables to ensure a proper watertight finish and better protection against future leaks.

It’s often the small issues that go unnoticed until water starts making its way inside. Regular roof inspections can help catch these problems early and save on costly repairs down the track.

Another successful roof repair completed. 🔨

This property was experiencing water ingress due to damaged and deteriorated flashing where the tiled roof meets the metal roof section. Our team removed the failed flashing and installed new custom flashing to ensure a watertight and long lasting finish.
