Out with the old, in with the new! 👌

This roof got a full makeover with new Colorbond Trimdek roof sheets, 55mm insulation blanket and new gutters, all finished in the clean Sheerline profile. Great colour choice as well using Ironstone. This will look fantastic for years to come.

Small Re-Roof recently completed.

The old, poorly installed and under-pitched zincalume sheets were replaced with Colorbond ultra steel Trimdek roof sheets, providing a compliant, durable and more modern solution.

Finished in Dover White, with Basalt flashings to match the exterior cladding, the new roof has completely transformed the look of the property and will provide a long-lasting result for many years to come. Now ready for some new gutters and downpipes and a flyover roof using insulated roof panels can’t wait to see the end result.

Another roof transformation completed.

Recently, we completed a full roof restoration, finished in Monument.

The new colour has completely transformed the old, dated look of the home, while restoring the roof from its deteriorated condition.

A great example of how much difference a fresh roof restoration and updated colour scheme can make.

At first glance, this just looks like a few bubbles in the roof coating, but that’s not the real issue. The real issue is that water has found its way underneath. Over time, that moisture can continue to spread, lifting more of the coating, but more importantly, it can start corroding the metal beneath. By the time the coating peels off, you may already have corrosion that’s been developing for quite some time. That’s why it’s always worth investigating these areas early.

We gave this outdoor entertaining area a fresh new lease on life by removing the old, weathered, and deteriorated polycarbonate roof sheets and replacing them with brand-new opal polycarbonate roofing, securely installed in the trim deck profiles.

Funny how often it starts with “just a small leak.”

In this case, that small leak led to a full roof inspection and a chance to get on top of several maintenance items before they became bigger issues.

Cracked ridge caps were repointed, damaged tiles replaced, gutters cleaned, and the new pointing colour-matched to suit the existing roof.

Another roof sorted and ready for the seasons ahead.
