- General administrative office duties
- Managing staff movements in Servicem8
- Stock ordering
- Payroll and accounts

About You
As our new office manager, you will bring a process-driven approach to your work. You're tech-savvy with a strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.

You will have:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A customer-first approach
- Experience in data entry and account keeping
- Previous experience in Xero and Servicem8

Office Manager

This is a full-time position with the applicant demonstrating strengths in many areas to assist with the day-to-day operations and the long-term focus of our air conditioning and electrical business.

Skills and experience required in the following -
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Payroll
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- BAS/Super Lodgement
- Answering phones and bookings in client works
- Proficient in Xero and Service M8
- A willingness to learn and report to management meetings on a weekly basis

Last night was Darwin's hottest October night ever, seeing many locals switch on the aircon.

Air conditioning technician Al Hunt shared one of his top tips: use fan speed.

"Rather than setting it to 16 degrees and hoping it's going to get there, put it on 24 degrees and increase your fan speed."

He also says air conditioners should be professionally cleaned every 12 months, and the filters cleaned every two weeks — do you? 😬

A quality and efficient new air conditioner is a big investment. So, unless your existing unit is not performing well and you can’t remedy this without significant expense, it often makes more sense to have it replaced.
