Master Builders NT

🎉Congratulations to Michael Sitzler, Steve Margetic and the Sitzler team on 50 years of building the Territory! 🎉

From roads and hospitals to Defence facilities and community infrastructure, Sitzler's contribution reaches across the Northern Territory - creating jobs, supporting local businesses and delivering infrastructure that generations of Territorians rely on.

We’re proud to count Steve Margetic as a former President and current Director of Master Builders NT, as well as a former Director of Master Builders Australia. His experience and leadership continue to make a valuable contribution to our industry, both here and nationally.

Our Master Builders movement is stronger because of members like Sitzler, who invest in their people, back their industry and help build a stronger Territory.

👏🔧 What a fantastic milestone for Selter Shaw Plumbing and an inspiring achievement for Allegra!
This is exactly what we love to see across the Territory’s construction industry!
Congratulations to Allegra for stepping into the trade, and to the Selter Shaw Plumbing team for investing in the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
It’s wonderful to see Territory businesses opening doors, sharing their knowledge and creating opportunities for more women to build rewarding careers in construction.
This is how we build a stronger, more skilled and more diverse industry for the future! 💪👷‍♀️
Thank you for being part of MBNT’s Women in Construction & Co yesterday!!!

Since 1997, Selter Shaw Plumbing has trained and supported apprentices in the plumbing industry. Allegra is our first female apprentice, marking a milestone in that history.

Entering a traditionally male-dominated trade takes confidence, determination and a willingness to challenge expectations. Allegra has brought that same commitment to her apprenticeship, building her skills and earning the respect of those around her. We’re proud to recognise her dedication and the team sharing their knowledge and supporting her development along the way.

Apprentices are essential to the future of our industry. Investing time in their development and passing on practical knowledge is a responsibility our team takes pride in.
