As the final day of the working year comes to an end we wish to thank all our clients, suppliers and staff for an amazing 2025 we dont get to carry out the amazing work without you.
From domestic maintenance to commercial projects we value every single Job and client highly and equally.

From our small family to yours I hope everyone has a wonderful festive season and happy new year.

Our reduced crew will be only carrying out emergency jobs over the holidays. We will be back on deck with the full crew 12th of January.

Been quiet on the socials in 2025 doesn’t mean we haven’t been flat out on the work front.

Nightcliff electrical are currently upgrading the street lights and traffic lights for the new entrance into the Darwin RAAF base across the road from the winellie post office.

Also a brand new heavy vehicle entry across the road from bombing road is getting an entire new traffic light intersection and new street lights.

The boys have been flat out on both sites to get as much done before the Christmas break.

With also a house to finish off and a dermatology fit out to be done In the next few weeks the boys will definitely earn there time off over christmas.

Nightcliff Electrical recently installed a new set of mains for a rural property. The house that is fed from the switchboard we ran the new mains to was over 500m away from the front power pole. Given the length of run and the required load large 95mm2 XLPE cables were installed. You have to be careful in the rural area with long cable runs if you don’t use the correct size cable for the load you will get large voltage drop issues causing appliances and electronics to fail.

Nightcliff Electrical would like to wish all its amazing customers, suppliers, subcontractors and our incredibly awesome staff a massive merry Christmas and a happy new year.

It maybe the holiday period but we are still on call for any emergency’s and also can do jobs on the non public holidays.

Unfortunately please understand the wholesalers are also shut so some items may need to wait until there open.

We hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas and a happy new year.

We will just leave these photos from the recent project of replacing 02 x generators at Cole’s casuarina that is just waiting on a custom external fuel system and polisher unit. The boys did an amazing job providing a world class installation on time even when extra works were required.

These kind of jobs show how well you work under pressure and the results show.

Massive progress since Monday removing and replacing the Cole’s casuarina generators

All new mains cables pulled In with new new generator control cables.

02 x brick corfilled walls removed and generators to be removed Friday night and the new generators in the same night.

New cable tray in the generator room to go in and then finish the cable runs into the generator room.

Been a massive week from everyone involved and we still got 2 days to go.

Great project win to keep the lead up to Christmas busy.
Nightcliff Electrical won the replacement of 02 x generator sets for sentinel property at Cole’s Casuarina.
This works include installing 02 x 330kva Cummins generators, new mains cables from generators to automatic change over switches. New cable tray, light and power in the generator room.
Jetstream Electrical will be looking after the fuel system for the new generators including new 400L day tank and fuel polisher to keep tbe 6000L in ground tanks fuel in working condition.
Defend Fire will be looking after all the new fire works inside the generator room to bring it up to current standards.
Tailor-made Building Services will be removing 02 x brick walls to allow access to remove the old generators and install the new ones. They will then reframe the walls and install a fence for security.

AMB Industries will be modifying the exhaust flutes to finish above the roof line and to minimise the noise.
