🎉 Better late than never! 🎉

Due to the busiest wet season we've experienced as a company since we started, our team dug deep, worked long hours, and put in the effort required to get us through. 💪⚡🌧️

With everyone focused on delivering for our clients and keeping projects moving, we never found the time to have our usual Christmas party. 🎄➡️⏳

Looking back now, we think it was well worth the wait! 😎✈️🌴

In February, we had the pleasure of taking our team and their partners to beautiful Bali 🇮🇩☀️🍹 to celebrate a massive year and recognise the hard work that made it all possible.

We kicked things off with a French Riviera-themed departure day 🇫🇷🛥️🍾, followed by a formal evening featuring DJs 🎧🎶, an incredible in-house teppanyaki experience 🔥🍤🥩, and bar staff serving up whatever was needed 🍻🍸🍹.

Most importantly, it was an opportunity to thank our amazing team and their partners for their dedication, commitment, and support throughout a demanding year. 🙌❤️

We are incredibly proud of what we've achieved together and grateful to have such a hardworking, loyal, and talented crew behind us. 👏⚡

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make 2025 such a success. 🚀🏆

We’d like to give a massive shout out to our newly appointed GM, Ron Searle 👏

Ron has been an irreplaceable friend and part of our family for the last 10 years or so. We honestly didn’t think he’d welcome the idea of joining our team, but we’re so glad he did. Since stepping into his new role, Ron has already played a pivotal part in helping our company go from strength to strength.

The support, advice, and lifetime of trade and business experience that Ron brings to the table is something we truly appreciate and value. Whenever you’re having a bad day, a call to the big fella will quickly change that. He’s always up for a laugh and a joke, and somehow always has a solution to whatever problem is at hand.

Trying to find a serious photo of him was nearly impossible — but that’s exactly why we love him 😂

Behind every remote job is a makeshift office setup somewhere in the NT. 💻⚡

Whether it’s a table outside a donga, a laptop balanced in the workshop, or chasing phone reception to send quotes and invoices — you do what you’ve got to do to keep the work moving.

At The Electrical Mob, the office changes daily, but the commitment stays the same. Remote work isn’t always glamorous, but we’re proud to do what it takes to support our clients and communities across the Territory. 👊

Big congratulations to our daughter Bayli and her partner Coen on the safe arrival of their beautiful baby boy, Roper 💙

Mum, dad and bub are all doing great, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Today’s adventures with The Electrical Mob ✈️⚡️

One crew took off to Bathurst Island on a chartered plane to install an air conditioner, fans and stove isolators. Another crew was out near Katherine testing a dewatering system on a mine site, while the other boys are still down at Daly River chipping away at the store project.

The Tiwi boys even had a sneaky little visitor wander through the job site while they were working 🐷😂 Only in the Territory can you fly into a remote community to get the job done and end up sharing the site with a curious pig.

Safe to say our team never gets bored with their jobs — there’s always a new challenge, a new location and another adventure waiting around the corner. Proud of the work our crews continue to do across the Territory. 💪🏽🔧

From flood devastation to rebuild mode 💪
Our crew has been flat out at Nauiyu General Store, stripping out damaged internals and getting things ready to come back stronger than ever.

Big effort from the whole team this week — and we wrapped it up the right way with a well-earned night on the Daly River 🌅

After the recent devastating floods across the NT, we’ve been proud to play our part in the rebuild and recovery efforts.

We’re excited to share that, in conjunction with Across Country Constructions, we’ve been awarded the electrical, communications, and security works at the Nauiyu General Store. Our crew has hit the ground running this week, working hard to demolish and remove all damaged fixtures and internal linings.

To say thank you for the massive effort, we wrapped up the week with a well-earned Dinner Under the Stars on the Daly River. Not everyone could make it, but we appreciate every single person who’s been putting in the hard yards.

A huge shoutout to Banyan Farm for providing accommodation for our team, and an even bigger thanks to our girls Bec and Tayla, who’ve been flat out all week keeping everyone well fed.

When your crew works like dogs, they deserve to be treated like kings 👑

A great project we recently completed in conjunction with Beyond Build NT 👏

The new Buffalo Bills Darwin store is now open — and it’s looking unreal.

Our team delivered the full package, including power, lighting, CCTV and communications, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result.
