We're excited to be partnering with KGL Resources Limited on their Jervois Copper Project in the Northern Territory.

Northern Transportables has been awarded an approximately A$36 million contract to design, manufacture, supply, transport, install and commission the Jervois accommodation village and Mine Infrastructure area buildings — one of the first major workstreams underway now that Jervois is fully funded through construction and into production.

Our scope includes 253 single-occupancy rooms — 181 newly manufactured and 72 refurbished en-suite rooms — plus the associated Mine Infrastructure area. We're targeting the first 100 rooms and principal village facilities ready for occupation in February 2027, all 181 new rooms by April 2027, and the remaining 72 rooms relocated and commissioned by June 2027.

As a Territory owned business, this is exactly the kind of project we love — delivering quality workforce accommodation for major resources projects, right here in our own backyard. We're looking forward to working alongside the KGL team as Jervois moves toward Final Investment Decision and into construction.

Proud to share the completion of four modular residential dwellings for the Housing Authority of Western Australia — delivered to Wyndham, in the heart of the Kimberley.

Remote housing projects don't come without their challenges, and this one had plenty. Here's what it took to get four quality homes across the line.

🔷4 dwellings across 2 lots — one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom on each

🔷Designed, engineered, and certified to NCC, built specifically for Kimberley conditions

🔷Manufactured at our Darwin facility and transported over 2,000 km by road to Wyndham

🔷Cranage, structural assembly, and full site completion managed on arrival

🔷Local Wyndham and regional contractors engaged for plumbing, electrical, and civil works

🔷Site materials and landscaping sourced locally

🔷External works completed including fencing, driveways, carports, gates, and landscaping

Getting quality housing into remote communities is exactly what we're here for — and it doesn't happen without the right people behind it. We're proud to share a glimpse of our new premises in Burton, SA — a significant investment that strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality modular buildings and transportable solutions now across South Australia and beyond.

This facility provides the space, infrastructure, and capacity to support our continued growth while ensuring we maintain the quality, efficiency, and service our clients expect.

As demand for modular construction continues to grow, our Burton facility positions us to better serve projects across the mining, construction, government, education, and commercial sectors.

UPDATE — What an incredible day! We're so proud to share that together we raised $528 for Do It for Dolly Day, smashing our original goal by $328! 💙
